Delco 65 provides general Medicare information and help finding official resources. Our customer-care texting program covers responses to questions you send directly to us and follow-up about the same inquiry when you ask for it. It is not a marketing subscription, insurance sales or enrollment service, or a service that sells leads to other businesses.
Outbound text replies are awaiting carrier approval and are not available yet. Incoming questions are reviewed manually. For a response now, email hello@delco65.com or call (610) 956-8029.
Read these terms and our privacy policy, then text (610) 956-8029 with your general question and an explicit request for a text reply. For example: “Please reply by text: Where can I find free Medicare counseling in Delaware County?” Once outbound replies are approved, your request authorizes Delco 65 to text you only about that inquiry. A person checks your request before sending a reply.
Sending a question without asking for a text response, calling, emailing or agreeing to a recorded call does not subscribe you to text messages. We do not use purchased lists, web forms, verbal SMS enrollment, third-party opt-ins or automatic Medicare-advice replies.
Texting consent is optional and is not a condition of a purchase, referral or using our service. You may contact us by phone or email instead. We do not send promotional messages or transfer your texting consent to another company.
Message frequency varies with your inquiry and any follow-up you request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out; you will receive no further inquiry-related texts unless you opt back in. Twilio, our phone provider, handles standard STOP/START/HELP control messages. Reply HELP for texting help, or contact hello@delco65.com or (610) 956-8029. Carrier control responses may be automatic; our information replies are reviewed manually.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability and delivery are not guaranteed. This line is not an emergency service; for immediate danger call 911.
Mobile numbers, messages, and SMS opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers process communications only to operate this service. See our privacy policy.
We do not provide individual insurance recommendations, quotes, enrollment or medical advice. Do not send Medicare or Social Security numbers, payment details, medical records or other sensitive information. For individual coverage help, use PA MEDI or Medicare’s official resources.
