counselors meet at community sites around the county, sell nothing, and cover every plan.

Extra Help (from Social Security) lowers Part D premiums and drug copays for people with limited income and savings. Medicare Savings Programs (through Pennsylvania's Department of Human Services) can pay your Part B premium. PA MEDI counselors can check whether you qualify and help you apply.
